The Old Vic Theatre

Originally built in 1818 as The Royal Coburg Theatre, re-named The Royal Victoria Theatre, rebuilt and re-opened as The Royal Victoria Palace then called Royal Victoria Hall, this 1000 seat theatre is now the famous Old Vic Theatre. Throughout its history, The Old Vic Theatre has been a hub for artistic innovation and cultural enrichment. Its adaptability and resilience have allowed it to maintain its position as a respected and influential institution in the world of theatre.

With a complete refurb of their dressing room area, we were challenged with giving them a Taurus wireless system in their temporary dressing rooms in a building next door and temporary wireless devices in their re-sited cabin offices. This was all alongside rewiring a new system in the new dressing room areas as they were being built. These systems were all linked and connected to the front of house system so that the theatre had full control over all of these areas.
